Certified natural, high mineralization geothermal water pool

Temperature – 36 ºC Depth – 0,95 m

Certified natural, highly mineralized geothermal water (mineralization 80g/l of dissolved mineral salts) is a unique, mineral-saturated water with healing properties:

  • positively affects the condition of cardiovascular, neural, bone, and muscle systems;
  • reduces fatigue, tension, and apathy;
  • improves the quality of sleep;
  • improves the quality appetite;
  • reduces muscle tone, dilates blood vessels;
  • improves function of kidneys;
  • improves blood flow in the deep muscle structures;
  • facilitates oxygen penetration into tissues.

Notes:

The swimming pool is equipped with 4 tracks, starting towers, so it is possible to organize professional swimming competitions in this swimming pool. The swimming pool is suitable for both active sportsmen and those wishing to maintain physical activity.

Massage swimming pools

For your relaxation and health, we offer 4 massage swimming pools: 3 - inside, 1 - outside.

The largest indoor massage swimming pool uses most advanced chlorine-free water purification system in the world!

Temperature – 34–38 ºC Depth – 1.1–1.4 m

Training swimming pool

This is a water swimming pool in which training takes place. Temperature – 30–34 ºC Depth – 1.45 m

This pool uses most advanced chlorine-free water purification system in the world!

Additional equipment:

  • Compressed air geysers from the bottom.

  • 3 sets of different heights, intensity and diameter of massage nozzles in the wall.

  • 2 different inclined water cascades in the ceiling.

  • Underwater bikes, which can be used for free throughout the swimming pool.

Underwater bikes

Underwater bikes in the swimming pool are an attractive, effective rehabilitation and sporting tool that is popular throughout Europe. An additional benefit of he underwater bike is to have a natural hydromassage. It improves blood circulation, reduces cellulite, helps to reduce weight without straining joints.

The swimming pool is especially recommended for patients with mobility disabilities and/or during rehabilitation.

Free training in the water takes place every day. The y are led 4 times a day.

During the summer season, the training takes place outdoors in the 25 m swimming pool.

Training in the water is free of charge upon purchase of a visit to the water and sauna space.

Kneipp track

If you want to improve your immunity, strengthen your whole body, and toughen your body and soul, wade barefoot along the Kneipp path of water with contrasting temperatures, the bottom of which is covered with pebbles of different sizes, and the tanks are filled with water of different temperatures. As the temperature changes, blood circulation is improved, immunity is strengthened, the body is hardened, organs and tissues are supplied with oxygen.

The Kneipp trail is located behind the sports swimming pool.

Children’s pool

We have also equipped a corner for the smallest visitors. A space specially designed for children is the "Musmirė" swimming pool, the depth of which is 0.7 m. The pool temperature ranges from +34 to +36 °C. A playful water cascade "Musmirė" is installed.
