        You can submit an application / complaint regarding for the goods or services purchased through our website to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail service@vvtat.lt, tel. 8 5262 67 51), on the website at www. vvtat.lt, its territorial units in the counties or fill out an application form on the ODR platform by following this link

       Please note that in accordance with the article 6.22810 of Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the consumer's right for withdrawal of distance and off premises contracts does not apply to the contracts for accommodation, catering or leisure services, if the contract provides a specific date or period of time. The cancellation policy for ordered (paid) accommodation and leisure services are explained in the internal rules  (https://atostoguparkas.lt/page/taisykles) and in the service booking (reservation) confirmation messages.
