When and how to properly perform inhalations?
If you feel the symptoms of a cold in the first days, before the disease virus has taken hold, it is recommended to start performing therapeutic inhalations, which directly affect the places where the viruses accumulate - the nasal cavity, the mucous membrane of the throat. Therapeutic inhalations are recommended to be carried out 1-1.5 hours after a meal, you need to close your eyes and breathe in the steam. Inhalation usually lasts 10-15 minutes, the course is repeated from 5 to 15 procedures (depending on how you feel and the desired result). Inhalations can be repeated 3-4 times a day. After the procedure, it is recommended not to talk, smoke, eat or go into cold weather for one hour. If you have a runny nose, breathe through your nose during inhalation, and if trachea or bronchial diseases develop, inhale through your mouth, hold your breath for 2-3 seconds. and exhale through your nose.
Inhalations are not recommended:
if the temperature is higher than 37,5 ºC;
