When and how to properly perform inhalations?
In the early days of cold symptoms until the disease virus came into contact, it is recommended to start inhalation that directly affects the sites of viral accumulation: nasal cavity, throat mucus. They are recommended to be performed 1-1.5 hours after having a meal. The course is repeated from 5 to 15 procedures (depending on the feeling of well-being and the desired result).Inhalations can be repeated 3-4 times a day. After the treatment it is recommended not to talk, smoke, eat or go out into the cold for 1 hour. If you have a runny nose, during the inhalation process breathe in through the nose, if you developed a tracheal or bronchial diseases – through the mouth and hold your breath 2-3 seconds and exhale through the nose.
Inhalations are not recommended:
if the temperature is higher than 37,5 ºC;
if you have a weak nasal mucosa and it tends to bleed quickly;
if you have a heart failure;
in case of high blood pressure;
if you are allergic to pollen or other substances.
